Many of us will live in the same house, eat the same cereal, walk into the same post office, same grocery store, same library for our entire lives and are completely satisfied. Others will move twice a year, own one inflatable mattress, meet new people habitually and also be entirely content.

We know this is not always the case however, often dissatisfaction pinches no matter where life has spit us up. One thing I am learning is how to find gratification in each moment. It is a difficult balance of work, rest and ‘giving back’.
